IN SERVICE INSPECTION - BOILERS & PRESSURE VESSELS

Inspection of Boilers & Pressure Vessels (Pressure Equipment) is required by legislation in many jurisdictions.

Periodic inspection is also an important part of modern management systems encompassing duty of care, compliance, asset protection and risk management.

AAI has developed extensive procedures for inspection of pressure equipment over many years.

AAI is accredited by NATA, which involves external audit of our activities.

We employ inspectors who must meet stringent requirements for training, qualifications and experience.

We also inspect according to the requirements of standards such as AS/NZS 3788.

Particular States and Territories have legislation which mandates inspection by a Registered Plant Inspector. AAI is also able to provide this special service.

You will be supplied with an Inspection Report, or Certificate as required, which will state that you can confidently and safely operate the pressure equipment. Any faults or maintenance requirements will also be brought to your attention.

Advice can also be provided to help you procure equipment that is safe and conforming with specifications.
